Martin Versluis serves as an Instructional Designer for University of Arizona South (UAS), where he collaborates with faculty and staff to apply best practices in pedagogies and online course design. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology from Franklin University and a Master’s degree in Computer Education and Technology from Ohio University. Achieving his college degrees as a non-traditional student himself, Martin is passionate about the UAS mission and helping adult learners reach their academic goals.
Prior to his position at UA, Martin served as an Instructional Designer for Franklin University, in Columbus, Ohio, where he created online courses and training programs for a variety of curriculums. He also has an extensive background in photography and graphic arts, having owned and operated a photography business for over 20 years.
An avid traveler, Martin takes every opportunity possible to explore different parts of the world with his wife, Pauline. He’s a consummate foodie and always looking for the next gastronomical adventure.
